Ledger's death wont affect Joker's role in new movie...

If you are a Batman fan or Heath Ledger fan in particular,Im sure you have heard the sad news some months ago.Im talking about Heath Ledger shocking death of course. His next big movie is of course will be in the new Batman movie,'The Dark Knight' where he plays the role of Joker. Many fans have been speculating on whether the movie will distort his role in the movie due to his death, but thats not going to be the case fortunately according to the director Christopher Nolan.

Theater owners in America was being given a short preview on the sequel to 2005's Batman Begins on Thursday, with a clip showing the new movie's opening sequence.Unlike the last Batman-Joker movie, where Jack Nicholson played the role of the Joker, there's no vat of chemicals to explain how Batman's greatest enemy came to be the twisted sociopath known as the Joker.Instead in the new movie,it starts right in with the bad guy in all his psychopathic glory. And of course like Ive said earlier, there had been speculation among critics and fans that the studio and filmmakers might take a different approach to selling the film in light of Ledger's death, but the marketing has gone on as originally planned and I think this is the right decision to make.I completely agree with Chris Nolan when he said that "if you try to honor somebody, you honor them by respecting their work and putting it out there for as many people to see." Well said.

But watching the movie is going to be a different feeling Im sure regardless of whether there was going to be any change or not.I was really shock when I heard about the news of his death.Apparently,it was due to drug overdose or something.Ive seen the trailer, and he looks impressive in the role. Many people have been comparing who is the best Joker, him or Nicholson, but I dont think its fair to compare the both of them when you only watch some clips of Ledger's performance but whatever it is,Im sure its just going to be just as good.I enjoy the first Joker and I think I will enjoy the new one as well, however sad it might be.Its great to hear that nothing is going to change, the movie will be out in theaters July 18,so thats about four more months to go.Ive been waiting for this since 2005,its getting closer and closer I cant wait.
