'The Special One' is in talk to return....

If you are a football fan, then Im sure you know who am I referring to when I say the term 'The Special One'.For the sake of you who have no clue who he is,he is former Chelsea manager,Jose Mourinho.Reports have been on going today that he has been seen in Italy on Friday in order to engage in discussions with the Serie A champions Inter Milan,my favourite Italian club about becoming their coach next season. How great is that!

If you think this is probably another one of those false rumours, then youre wrong because this news has been confirmed by his personal advisor himself. He has said that Mourinho has left Milan for talks with Inter directors. Now if you remember in one of my post earlier,I wrote about the news that the current Inter's manager,Roberto Mancini has decided to step down at the end of this season but a few days later,he had a change of mind and decided that he would stay till his contracts run out, which is about for another 2 more years, and try to help Inter win the Champions League,in which Inter's president has agreed to let him do so but I think if someone as good as Jose Mourinho come knocking on your door, wanting to manage your club, you do not want to let the golden opportunity slip away do you.Mourinho of course made no secret of his desire to manage in Italy or Spain upon leaving Chelsea,so if he is going to be the new manager for Inter for next season,it wouldnt come as any surprise. He was of course have been linked with several Spanish clubs as well like Barcelona but I doubt Frank Rijkaard will leave the club next season.

When I heard the news that Mancini would be stepping down at the end of this season,I was sad but then when he said he will not do that,I was pleased. But now my favourite manager is showing interest in managing the club,I dont know what to make of it,but right now,I think it would be a great thing if Jose takes over the club for next season. What Mancini did was suicidal.First he said he was leaving, then he said he had a change of mind.I got a lot of respect for what he has done with Inter but I think once he said he is going to leave, that has ultimately sealed his fate.I think he is good, but not good enough to help us win the converted Champions League. If there is a competition I really want to see Inter winning, its the Champions League and if we can get Jose Mourinho to guide us,he would be able to do it just like he did with Porto.I thought if he didnt leave Chelsea earlier,he would have got a good chance to win it this season, but anyway Chelsea is still in the Champions League with most of the team made of Mourinho's player that he bought into the club,so he should take some credit too if Chelsea wins the Champions League, though I doubt it will happen.Jose managing Inter will be great and I hope it will happen sooner rather than later because with Jose CVs,he is not short of suitor.Lets hope for some good news in the weeks ahead regarding this development.
