The 2007-08 Barclays Premier League season has just ended yesterday.There was so many things that were decided yesterday and there will be many people who be leaving the premier league which could include Manchester City's manager,Sven-Goran Eriksson.And in this week episode of 'I'm on Setanta Sports',former Chelsea manager,Jose Mourinho has offered a special song for Sven in case he is really leaving the club.Its a sad song.I try not to cry,but anyway,here are the lyrics to the song...
